PROJECT DETAILS
The ERASMUS+ project aims to develop and enhance gender perspectives competencies of healthcare students in partner higher education institutions. The strategic partnership will focus on creating a Gender Perspective Framework based on current best practices, developing measurement tools for assessing students' gender perspective competence, and co-designing teaching and training contents for healthcare student courses.
IMPACT
The developed knowledge and results of the project will be disseminated as an inclusive approach to exchange and support the gender perspective curricula developed around universities in EU countries, contributing to the continuous improvement of healthcare education.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
The ERASMUS+ project 'GENDER-HehS' aims to develop and improve gender perspective competencies of healthcare students in partner higher education institutions. The project will address the specific goals of creating a Gender Perspective Framework, developing measurement tools, co-designing teaching and training contents, introducing gender perspective, and evaluating and disseminating the developed knowledge and results.
